This Privacy Policy has been drafted in accordance with Regulation (E.U.) 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

This collected data is used exclusively for direct contact to ensure communication with people interested in our services. Behind these data collection web forms is a service to send data via email to tineret@primariaclujnapoca.ro, and the data will not be saved on the server where the website is hosted.

  • Registration form for the integrated web booking application

My Account page -” Register: name, surname, organization, avatar, email address and phone number

The section is dedicated exclusively to partners.

The data in the web registration form is used exclusively by the team of the Public Service for the Administration of Cultural Objects to verify the identity of the partners before approving the accounts on the website, then as contact data necessary for communication in order to organize the events.

At the same time, this data is used by the sending service to notify partners by email about changes in the status of events and access accounts in the booking application. Notification emails will always and exclusively be sent to rezervari@tineretclujnapoca.ro.

In order to respect institutional transparency the name, surname and organization fields will be published next to each approved (booked) event on the website, displayed in the events calendar.

If you have registered a partner account and go to our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

We offer for your use a secure website developed in state-of-the-art technologies. Access to the administration panel of the website and/or the administration panel of the hosting package is only granted to authorized persons with special access rights and are obliged to maintain data confidentiality.

Your data is stored in the website’s database, and the database is located on a server that complies with international data security and data protection standards in accordance with GDPR. The data Centre is located in the Liberty Technology Park, 21 Garii Street, Cluj-Napoca.

Access to this data on the basis of secure access accounts is only by the staff of the Public Service for the Administration of Cultural Objects and authorized providers of website maintenance and hosting services.

All partners can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (but cannot change their username). Website administrators can also view and edit this information.

THE RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN

You can request to receive an export file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes, events added to our calendars.

Please note that if you wish to delete your account from the website, the approved events will be attached to the administrator account of the application in order to keep the history of our activity, for institutional transparency.
