The workshop “Steps towards a local public policy in the youth field”, held at the Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences of Cluj-Napoca, on July 4 and 6, 2022, 2022, organized a series of applied discussions in order to draw the first local public policies by the Cluj youth structure on youth employment, career guidance and vocational guidance.
The event was structured in two sessions, both facilitated by Prof. Dr. Bianca Radu from the Department of Administration and Public Management of the Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences:
• July 4, 14.00-18.00: Basic principles of public policies and examples of public policies in the youth field
• July 6, 14.00-18.00: Career guidance and first job – steps towards a local public policy.
